Marriot is a very renowned Brand but the way you market this product is like nothing can beat this product. Aisi properties aur isse bhi bade brand ki properties aati rahengi but in current scenario investing in new properties is not a value buy. Now, I feel, for an investor it's better to put money on resale properties as they are cheap by 25-30% from current pricing of builder pricing.
