Could you try this board with hmx switches? preferably the xinhais?
I will, I want to give it a try with thockier switches. I just have a few reviews to finish before that (because of deadlines), but after that definitely!
@@thoccnology thanks I think it will sound really good
any foamless sound test? :3 still in a dilemma but now it is between bridge75 or this 1 .-.
I'll rebuild this soon with some thockier switches, I'll think about making it foamless - my concern is that it's already quite clacky. :')
Again the ball catch + magnetic connector combo! Nice, nice, let it spread...
What are the switches like, how the bump feels?
I'm not very fond of this bundle type sale, I prefer to have the freedom of choice when it comes to each format and there is no option to get them separately, from what I've seen...shame.
they will sell separately in an in stock sale after the gb
The tactility is quite strong, definitely a heavy tactile in my opinion. Yeah, this bundle is the best for ones who are looking to get a full set of possible keyboards and then call it a day (or have friends who are willing to take the not-specifically-needed pieces off of their hands).
But yeah, except the numpad, all 3 keyboards will be available after the GB ends. :)
Now i kinda regret not taking the mirrored PVD weight lol
I was also hesitant (I'm usually afraid of it being scratched), but it's so pretty!
Does it have NKRO though?
Yes, it does!
Didn't know I needed a mirror finish black PVD weight until now. That is gorgeous! I'm surprised at how vivid that green is! It's quite lovely with the glitter. I love the ano purple but I'm more into the Kyubi kit instead because I am a sucker for Alice/Arisu boards. 😅 It sucks that the JWKs had such bad stem wobble! I tried WS Morandi because of the hype, but I found them to be incredibly wobbly and I can't stand it lol. There are way too many good budget switches now that I have no time for that. I am getting my first BSUN switches soon! I ordered their BCPs to try. Maybe I will turn into a BSUN fangirl too? 😊 Incredible review as always.
Right? That's my motto: I ain't no got time for lubing and/or bad switches anymore! Even for $0.15 there are mind-blowing options, not to mention the BSUNs.. ;)
Oh, let me know about your experience with the BCPs - I'm sure it'll be another epic release.
Regarding Kyubi: I still can't decide the colors, I still have faith in the Ano Yellow making a comeback - fingers crossed!
That sounds heavenly in all configurations! Also a question: Can you recommend some of your favorite tactiles with a nice creamy sound profile? I have the Aula 75 and I find myself accidentally pressing keys a ton because the Leobog Ice Veins are so light? I just ordered a set of Akko v3 pro Matcha Greens to see if a heavier linear feels better, but I kind of miss the bump.
If you like the clear switch aesthetic, the Jerzzi LTC tactile clear switches are amazing for the price! I was floored. I can also recommend Akko Lavender Pro and Epomaker Wisteria tactiles as a couple other great budget switches. I love me some tactiles! #tactilegang
oh how can I forget the Epomaker Budgerigars!!! They are AMAZING!! I have them in my QK100 with a POM plate and it is creamy deliciousness.
I agree with all of these, can only add the Dark Warriors, and maybe the Ice Kachang tactiles.
Wow, another great grab for it's price. Still like the Rainy75 though.
wow the glitter paint is so nice :D I thought id prefer the anodized and im usually not a fan of glitter, but this was really nice ^^ sound was a bit harsh for me personally but it sounds quality either way ^^ Thanks for the review ^^
It's very interesting indeed! It's very similar to the ND75, but the POM plate (and maybe even the spray coating has something to do with it) makes it so different in sounds. Oh, yes, and also these super clacky switches. I'll definitely rebuild them using a thockier option. ^^
Another excellent video and review, thanks for the hard work!!
Thank you so much for your comment!!
Board sounds really good! Love your vids, so informative and calming
Thank you so much!
Great work as always. Looks like I may have to pick one up but maybe a different size...my Leobog HI8 is still my daily 👌
Thank you so much! ^^
I think Leobog Hi8 will remain a very good keyboard for a long, long time! Maybe the TKL for you? Or the 65%?
@@thoccnology I'm tempted by the TKL and Numpad as my editing keyboard 👍
@@TomOTechTalk That's such a valid arrangement and idea!
I have been super interested in this board! SO I am so glad you are checking it out. Also gorgeous build! I love those cookies and cream caps and now I need some lol.
I can only regret not using those keycaps for such a long time :')
@@thoccnology Agreed!
did you not put all the foams? why so clack? i don't like clack at all @@
It's definitely clackier than expected. I'll rebuild it using thocky switches, I want to try how thocky can it be!
