I am 77 years old and I have never had a wooden vase. I would love to have one. I think it would be fun to use for fresh branches which the yard would allow for often changes during this time of year and go to faux in the colder months. Being honest and old (which I have already revealed), I had never heard of this designer (?), but really liked what I saw. I did, however, Fia, like you thrift versions even more. Thanks for sharing. I stopped to look at a pile of stuff that people in my neighborhood were throwing away. And I found a 12 ×4 piece of marble and some live edge wood pieces, I got so excited to find all that! I will have to do that again, when I see a pile of stuff on the side of the street!

All your items came out great, esp. I was interested in the use of the camouflage paint to give a green undertone. While I'm not interested in the wooden vase, I think it's beautiful & will make someone very happy!
I love Amber designs, but, like you, I can't bring myself to pay those high prices, and we don't have to, thanks to your creativity. Every single one of your ideas was on point! Id have never thought of hot gluing fabric to an ottoman, but this is why your videos are so important, it shows us different ways of achieving high end results. I saw someone on pinterest use something similar to those 3 piece wood decor that you found as a headboard. They fastened it together and it was actually really nice looking.
The wood trellis looking pieces are totally from windows! I used to have them in my windows. I have a tutor style home so those wooden pieces were glued into the frame of my windows before I replaced them. I did keep the parts that weren’t broken and never even considered some of your ideas! I really like using them as either a room divider or plant trellis. Both great ideas. Thank you for the ideas! I’ll go dig those out of the attic!
