You are a wonderful teacher . Part of the reason I watch is hearing you teach. I really missed the teacher in furniture flipping teacher. ❤️

I like that you think outside the box for new videos. ASMR is not my thing. Just my opinion. Love you both. Beautiful flip.

The quiet was so nice and relaxing to watch instead of explaining the same things over and over. 👍🏻👍🏻

This shows how a good prep job and paint can save a sturdy piece of good furniture,,and change the entire look of the piece. Many more years of use.

I mostly use a paint sprayer.. but in Canada its been cold. So I've been hand painting inside! Nothing beats the sound of the brush on a piece of furniture!! so therapeutic.

I do not think I have ever watched you without you talking about what you are doing. The soft music in the background was pretty and relaxing. So........while you were working hard I was relaxing.

Don't listen to anyone else, listen to me:
    This is legitimately good ASMR.
If you had an entire third channel just for ASMR where you made your regular videos on this channel and then took those same video pieces, clipped out anywhere where you're talking and did not add music and just splice them together I would listen to this every night while I fall to sleep.
The water the velcro the white noise from the machines the soft grinding from sanding it's all really good ASMR. It makes my skin tingle it makes my scalp wake up it makes the little hairs on my arm stand up. It's excellent and I'm super appreciative! Please do this again in the future.

Thank you for every steps and I’ll be ready to start for my first furniture to paint when the spring is here! Thank you for this without the music and nonverbal. My dog likes the sand sounds every time she tilted her head. Ha

I LOVE LOVE LIVE the fact that you did a real time video with just the sounds of your tools. Reminded me of watching Kacha. Love those sounds. And no sped up video. Awesome!! By the way, where did you get the black pad that you set the furniture on?

I've noticed a certain brush you've used in other videos, it was wide, very short and great for getting in those areas where a regular handle paint brush can't reach. I've looked online but can't find anything to compare.

Note for your video editor- hubby I'm assuming. Thanks! You do a good job. I've been binge watching your videos for two days while doing my first piece (which you guys inspired me to try). I wouldn't do that if the music was awful, or the sound was bad, if there was too much or too little talking- and those slow motion segments- Excellent! Just the right amount. (She gets so focused, huh?! Lol) Transitions are nice. The videos are very easy to watch- yep, because Lauren is real- but also because of excellent editing.
If I had a criticism, which I don't, the "shorts" seem a bit longer than I expected for a short, but I can live with it. Keep them coming.
And camera folks- good job! I never feel like you didn't show me what I wanted to see- nice and clear.
And Lauren, I'm sure you get lots of kudos, but let me add/repeat this- you have the knack for teaching without being condescending. It feels like chatting with friends and I appreciate that. You gave me confidence that I can do this and I'll be posting my first flip on Facebook Marketplace today! Yay!
Thanks to everyone involved! Keep 'em coming!

A+ for effort on the ASMR. For some of us with bad hearing or other auditory processing problems the music takes away some of it. I do have quite minimal day to day problems though. Would yo consider making a second music free version? (on a secondary channel would be fine if it messes with your profile too much.) Thank you.

I agree. I notice other flippers doing this as well. I turn the sound off. Like you said, fingernails on a chalk board. Not relaxing at all. It’s not ASMR at all. ASMR is actually a sound with consistent soft patterns.
