Nah some of y’all don’t understand, Casetti had Headstrong meaning he had a flat 50% damage reduction to all damage done to him. All the damage Huntcliff was doing was cut in HALF.
limbus's damage calculations are pretty wonky, most percentage-based modifiers are additive, not multiplicative. so dealing fatal damage (2x) to a headstrong enemy results not in 100% damage, but in 200%-50%=150% damage

This is probably the reason some IDs can get stronger than their original(Like Yuri’s despite her being a grade 9? fixer) and others weaker. Though personally it feels like the Villain IDs are stronger than their originals, which sorta makes sense seeing as we’re the ones who defeated them, why would we be weaker?

Whereas the first wave of enemies has sky high clash values and is tanky, reinforcements roll standard warp event numbers (10 to 18) in a clash and die near instantly. Cassetti is unaffected by this because he is spawned in a new wave, but reinforcement enemies like Sasha are an absolute joke in MD currently.

standard sinking team is good with him, dieci rodion, spicesang, butler outis, dieci honglu etc. Butler faust is a good budget option, Rodion's Rime Shank is an strong ego to take with sinking
As others said, Sinking is best. However, while you'll lose out on a pretty high amount of extra damage and clashing, he is still a powerhouse that gains lots of damage up, speed and aoe while also unstaggering himself reliably if you don't use a sinking team. On top of that, his spammable alternate S3 works just fine outside of sinking teams, with little power lost. So you can just put him in any non-sinking team you like if you wanna use him, and he should show at least okay or even good performance compared to other 000's.
That's not cool at all. Early railway bosses had huge health and lots of protection because of IDs like R Cliff and W don. Now because of Erlkliff canto 7 bosses will have 10k health with 9 protection.
No, he doesn't clash anything unclashable in this video, and I haven't been able to make him clash the counter against Cassetti's unclashable myself. I think it was also said in the patchnotes that clashable counters cannot clash with unclashable attacks and turn into standard counters or something (and Cassetti ends the turn, preventing retaliation).
