I'm in a fairly new state and there have only been a few RR so far, the talents don't work like this in my state. you have to max 1 skill before you can progress to a new one, therefore you can't just put 1 point in a talent and then go to the next one. Still an informative video, but you literally can't do the talents builds you suggest in my state
