The CANVA Create: Work Redesigned video was a bit awkward to watch. They were trying to mix the Wiggles with an Apple or Microsoft video release. But the message was passed on. It would be nerve-racking to be doing something like that in front of the public in fairness to those involved.
I can see what you mean! I think the intention was there, just hard to pull off live on stage with people who aren’t necessarily actors or used to public speaking. It was definitely interesting!

This was interesting. I signed up for your free digital product starter guide. I saw the offer afterward for the free masterclass (I think it was called) but didn't watch it because I don't have the time right now. I don't know how it's set up, but it looked like a "watch now or never watch" offer, and I don't like that sort of thing. I'd prefer to be able to watch it on my schedule. Especially if it's a "masterclass" on a product I only just signed up to learn about. Let me get my feet wet with the starter stuff first, then dive into the deep end.

Can I use Canva to showcase my product on my website with a "product vs. product" template? If so, where on Canva do I find templates like that?

You can slow it down under the tool symbol in the top right, playback speed
I still see the former versión what could be the issue?
She said that they are working on getting it sent out to all accounts. So some people will get it sooner than others. I would just check everyday until it switches over. 😊

Yes! They rolled it out to a certain amount of accounts who claimed it early but it’ll be coming for everyone soon!
We have canva Pro and our software does not look the same as yours ours is still the same as it was. Do I need to do some updating
Some of the updates will be rolled out over time. In the next few days or weeks hopefully you’ll notice the changes.
When I click on the canva pro trial it goes to a canva teams ad. I want to trial canva pro.

Looks amazing! Any chance they have improved the jpg export image quality in this update?
I don’t think there has been any change to that. If you have pro, you can use the size and quality sliders to increase resolution before downloading :)

The new glow up will be showing up for both free and pro plan users- just hasn’t rolled out to everyone yet but it will!

That 'Show' was a total disappointment with regard to the individual creator/designer features. One example... not even a mention on website features. Everyone is so excited about the sidebar. Really? Canva amateurs.
It definitely hits different for everyone depending on what you need/use Canva the most for. I think a lot of this year’s new features definitely appealed more to larger companies but I definitely like a lot of the app upgrades, etc.

How to save changes? Before it was saved changes to the cloud automatically but now it won’t let me download my work because it says “unsaved changes” I click on “file to save it in the cloud but still does save and I can’t download my work, I hate these new changes :(
