Oh I totally needed this video because I was so trying to figure out which cookware piece I would save up and invest in next. Not only that but after watching a few of your videos now (as you can see I’m binge watching) I realized its fun having different colors in the collection. At first I was nervous about not having all the same color for a more matching collection. But now I want a happy kitchen collection like you.. lol
Oh yes, I really enjoy mixing all of the beautiful colors. Each piece becomes a wonderful accent to the decor, but is also super functional. That new chambray color is absolutely gorgeous! :) Thank you for taking the time to watch our videos!
I love hearing what you make in the pan. It makes it really relatable for me. “What pan do I use for making gravy?” “How often do I use said gravy pan?” “What other things do *I* make in the gravy pan?” 🙌🥰
This comment makes me so happy!!! Brittany, I like sharing those details because I always wanted to know what other people were really using their pans for and not just the chefs!! lol
I am new to le cruset and have been enjoying your videos! I just purchased my first one the 4.5 qt soup pot. My next purchase God willing will be one of the round dutch ovens
Congratulations on your first purchase and thank you for watching!! The soup pot is a great purchase and the dutch oven is so versatile you will really enjoy it!!
Did you buy the 4.5 qt soup pot from Le Creuset or Williams Sonoma? I want to buy a soup pot and looking for the best deal. I do have the Dutch ovens and a stockpot.
@@MayaKanaKa I purchased the 2.5 soup pot from Williams-Sonoma, but now both Le Creuset and Williams Sonoma are selling the 4.5 soup pot for the same price but Williams Sonoma has more colors available for sale right now. Le Creuset seems to sell out pretty quickly.
Your videos are very helpful and I am binge watching them :) Essential oven is not available anywhere, do you have an alternative recommendation for that one?
Hi there and thank you for watching our videos. Yes, currently the Essential oven is sold out but I think a great alternative would be the 4.5 Soup Pot by Le Creuset....it's available on Williams-Sonoma. it is slightly bigger but has the same high rounded sides as the Essential oven. Right now it is on sale for $249.95. Have a wonderful day!
@@karenandmaya8329 thanks. I have a 4.3qt dutch oven and looking for something smaller and cheaper. Will the french oven 2.5qt be a decent size to make indian curries for 4 people?
@@pretty95138 great question, I think the French oven will be compact and make enough curry for 3 people possibly 4. The 3.5 Balti Dish is also a great Le Creuset pot especially for different curries and stir-fry.
Hi, I saw a video of someone who is not to pleased with her skillet as her eggs were sticking. to the pan.Would you say that the frying pan with the white interior would be less prone to the egg sticking to it? OR is there a specific way you do it ? Would appreciate your thoughts on that. Thank you
Hi Tanya, Yes I would definitely say that the white enamel interior is less prone to sticking and bubbling in the long run. I prefer the lighter enamel coating overall as it allows me to see what is going on in the pan and adjust if necessary. I hope that was helpful! Thank you for watching!! Happy Cooking!
Hi Karen! I can only choose one: sauteuse 3.5 or braiser 3.5 - What do you think? Which one are you using most? They also have the chef's french oven, what's the difference with the sauteuse? They're so expensive, I am going crazy trying to figure this out to make sure I make no mistakes! Hope to get your opinion. THANKS!
Hi Linh Luu!! Thank you for question I would love to help!!! I think it all comes down to what do you cook the most. If I could only purchase one item it would be the 3.5 Braiser. This because it has a multipurpose use. You can braise, roast, bake and sauté. You can incorporate the use of the other pots and pans you have to work around the use of your braiser. like you I took my time purchasing each piece to make sure I would definitely get the cost per use from each one. I hope this is helpful!!! Thank you for watching!!! Let me know how it goes!! Happy Cooking!
The 5.25 deep Dutch oven just doesn’t fit on my burner. I’m about ready to buy a new range just to fit the pot! Up until now, I’ve been using a Lodge 6qt Dutch oven. What would you recommend as a replacement?
What a great question, I would suggest the Le Creuset Deep Dutch oven, because while it is a large pot it is deeper more than it is wide and fits pretty well even on my smaller burners (and it is currently on sale!!! LOL) Hope that was helpful! Thank you for watching!
I am now a subscriber. Keep up the le creuset reviews and videos. They are very informative. May also want to try Staub and Ruffoni Historia from Williams Sonoma. I am probably going to create a collection from those two brand also.
Thank you for subscribing Caesar, I really appreciate it! I really like all cast iron and try to find out all the brands out there offering enamel coated cast iron. Thank you for watching!!!
Yes! This is super helpful. Glad you're here, and can't wait for you to blow up!

I'm new to le creuset, and was wondering if the factory to table sales are "seconds" or if they are just overstock goods on sale.
Hi Sara! Great question! The Factory to table sales are overstocked merchandise from all of their factories. Thank you for watching!
Thanks for the response! I ended up getting the 2 in 1 saucepan and skillet as my first Le Creuset item!
