You r right about time management because of you don't have require extra time in your daily life even yoga ya morning work give you additional time in your daly life, from my personal experience.... Jokhon ami morning work ya yaga kortam na... Tokhon every day office late e jetam but i noticed after started morning work and yaga. I reached office in time. Hanmm 1st time it's little bit tuff to wake up early morning and practice yaga. But after 10 to 15 days when you continue its regular you can't skip it's in your daily life. You can skip lunch ya dinner but not youga. So stay with yoga and stay healthy❤️
