Honestly this reminds me of The Catalyst from Mass Effect, I love it, a mix of male and female voice. You could also interpret it as fallen players from the past who have joined Guiding Light’s conscious to guide you
I also like the idea of mix of female and male, but Curious Light has said a gender for one of the lights, being confirmed to be Mischievous Light being a female as curious light referring to them as a "she". So it is confirmed that the light's have gender's, but that doesn't really put the gender-mix for Guiding Light out of the picture. This really 100% could be cannon.

I used a website called "ElevenLabs" which lets you copy voices and use it to say whatever you want, so I got voice samples from Juno in Overwatch and modified it so it didn't sound exactly the same, but still retained the same high-pitched, soft feminine voice. And then in the video editor I used a pitch shifter and a flanger for all the echoing and reapeating voices in the background, and added reverb to the audio tracks to finish it off. The flanger was used for slight distortion.
