My go to resort. Two parks on bus line. Two parks on Skyliner. Reasonably priced and not spread out.

The old Disney world stuff in the lobby is really cool! I stayed here in 2019 right after the skyliner first opened. I don’t really think the rooms go with the resort, but it is still very nice for the price. Thanks for the tour!

There’s nothing like the soap smell in the lobby, and the gift shop/food court smelling like bacon in the morning and pizza in the afternoon/evening.
Pop is one of my favorite places in the world (not just Disney, but anywhere).

Heeey Pop Century! I stayed there during my trip last year and decided to book again for this year when the Disney+ promo went live. I go solo since I don't really have any family that can go with me. But it really is an interesting resort theme to explore. I wish they'd touch up some areas of it there where the colors are more muted like in the restaurant area. It sometimes makes those spots feel too dull when the colors in many other parts of the resort are brighter and really, if you'll pardon the pun, "POP" out better. ;)

About 2 weeks ago, I checked in at the pop century resort for 6 nights for my most recent Disney vacation. And I enjoyed it.

We were there two wks ago too(16th to 23rd).... I was the one saying man my feet hurt...lol ! Hope you had as much fun as we did !
my girlfriend and I thought we'd mostly goof on this resort for the over-the-top theming and early 2000sness of it all, but as it was our first trip together as a couple, it wound up being quite a special place to come back to after long days of death-marching through theme parks. Here I am watching videos a few months later, desperate to relive some of the fun of that trip. Thanks for the great footage.

Looks like a fun place to stay. The prices for the 'value' resorts are insanely high though!
The trick is to try to aim for a stay during a less busy time if you can. The website typically lets you explore pricing for different date ranges and what I'll do is base that off when I start seeing lower prices for multiple-day tickets. Also always check Special Offers and go for a promotion that offers a discount for the room and book that separately from the tickets not as part of a vacation bundle because they always manage to sneak in ways to jack the price up than if you were to purchase room and tickets separately. Depending on if you're a Florida resident as well can also offer additional discounts. Even for out of state visitors the it's all about timing and taking advantage of all the promotions and discounts you can.

I went here in February 2020 a couple weeks before COVID came to America, and I LOVED the hotel. The food was good, and I loved the skyliner. Planning on booking either the Star Wars hotel, or this resort again.
You know I never did appreciate the retro atmosphere of century Resort it almost feels like I'm back in the '90s during the Renaissance era good times
👩👩👧👦Crowded lobby shows this is a popular resort probably because of the skyliner & cost. Seeing childhood memories (good or bad if they date me LOL) was nice to chill to tonight. I'm psyched for your turn on GOG in a few day. Even the monorail was used to film every detail of this darn thing so I hope it delivers :/ (😆😆just don't eat before)thx boss💜
Yep, it was pretty packed here on this day! I think some schools were staying here as well, so that added to it. I’m super excited to ride Guardians this weekend! Can’t believe it’s finally opening. Even though it’s been almost 5 years, it still feels like it was yesterday when the Universe of Energy closed. Thanks so much Liz😃
Thank you for another wonderful vid 4k. Pop was our first resort way back in 2004, we have stayed at many of the others since then in our 16 or so trips but have not been back to Pop. We remember it as being quite loud. Does anyone find Pop to be any louder than other resorts? I would like to go back there now that it is on Skyliner. We stayed at Art 2 years ago and loved the Skyliner access to HS and EPCOT, but the the Little Mermaid rooms were a mile from the lobby, and my understanding is all other areas at Art are fam suites. Would like to try Pop as they have preferred non suite rooms closer to the hub. Thoughts? Thank you.
