They are the most underexposed Alternative Metal/Rock band in music history. Should be known to the likes of Tool, and Smashing Pumpkins! Jane's Addiction fans should also check this album out! I think this is the closest band I've heard to sounding similarish to JA but it's also very unique as well (being more doomy, dark, spacey, and depressing).

I have the vinyl of Scenes. What I find amazing is Brandon Lee used the same quote from this song in his last ever interview. It is a quote from the novel "A Sheltering Sky" and its gonna be on my headstone for shits sure. The most prolific qute ive ever heard.

I have Scenes From the Second Story, 2 CD Ep'S (one with the amazing Pictures of a Bleeding Boy) and One Last Laugh CD's. Some truly amazing music. Some of the best stuff I've ever heard.

God Machine were one of those bands, if you knew about them, you felt like one of the Very Privileged Few, lucky to have this hidden band to yourself!
