Welcome to micro project bangla Today's video is about sound system. In this video I will introduce you to a circuit that is widely used for sound systems today. Many people use many types of circuits for sound systems, some circuits require many types of connections to be made themselves. Because in the circuit that I will show you today, you do not have to make any additional connections yourself. It combines all types of connections. So without further ado let's unbox the circuit now. At the time of purchase you will get the circuit in nice packaging. micro project bangla is my youtube channel
After unboxing you can see the circuit. The circuit is designed in a very nice simsum shape. It is made with TDA2009 IC. The circuit is made in a very neat and clean manner by placing the necessary components in the right place. It also looks very good. First I will elaborate on the circuit diagram. Then the connections will be shown. Here this ICT is TDA2009 IC. All the required components are properly connected to the IC so there is no additional hassle in connection. micro project bangla is a electronics TH-cam channel
Around the circuit are the positions of the variables. The first one is for the main volume control, the second one is for the bass control and the last one is for the tone control. As the variables are attached to the circuit itself, there is no additional trouble of attaching any type of variable circuit to the circuit.
Now I will discuss the connection diagram of the circuit. Note the speaker symbol on the circuit board means that the output sound should be connected from here. Next to it see negative positive sign and written 12 volt that means 12 volt power connection should be given by seeing negative positive here. But it is better to say that this circuit should give 12 volt one ampere to 12 volt three ampere DC voltage input and it is better not to give more than that.
Beside that, see here it is written on the circuit, it means that the audio input should be given to the circuit through here. Audio can be output here from any audio source, be it a Bluetooth device or a 3.5mm audio auxiliary cable.
So at this stage I will show you how to make these connections with the circuit practically. First I will input 12 volt power. For that I took these two wires from a 12 volt three amp power source. Here the white wire is the positive. Now I will solder the white wire to the positive terminal of the circuit. Similarly, solder the yellow cable to the negative terminal of the circuit. Here the yellow cable is the negative connection. Friends you can see how I have very easily connected the 12 volt power to the circuit. Now connect one such 3.5 mm audio auxiliary cable to the audio input of the circuit. You can see that the cable has three wires, among these three wires, this blue cable is the ground, so I will solder this blue wire to the ground terminal of the circuit. Now the two remaining red and yellow wires will be soldered together at this end of the circuit.
As you can see I connected the 12 volt and audio input cables to the circuit. Now all that's left is this audio output connection. Here I'll connect a speaker. As you can see I have taken a 6 inch speaker. It is a ten watt four ohms speaker. Such speakers can be easily played with this circuit. Now I will carefully solder the speaker to the audio output terminals of the circuit. Soldering is done as usual. Now let's check how it works.
The IC gets very hot due to long running time. So I have attached a heat sink to the ICT so that it does not get damaged due to overheating. You will also apply heating. ICT will be good and lasting for a long time.
Now I connect the audio cable to the phone to check.
