Oh. Ohhhhh! I LOVE this! So many random cards you never see, or never see used this way, and all with an unlikely goal!

Tbh this doesn't even look like a cEDH very refreshing! ✌️

My buddy has an Aesi deck with Sakadama as the main crux of the deck and it’s absolutely bonkers

Have you considered simic growth chamber as an infinite bounce as well? It works with the cloudcaller as infinite mana. Beyond that, lotus cobra and the new landfall treasure/food creature (tireless provisioner) add infinite mana with commanders down also. The provisioner being infinite with kodama alone. I think they both are major includes with chamber maybe even alternate to field of the dead since it produces 2 mana and doesn't need a land bounce engine to have infinite landfall

Surprised it wasn't pointed out, but Meloku is a dude. You can see it referenced in the flavor text

So, I have found this video after studying the deck and primer on Moxfield. Just wanted to ask if you decided to remove Geode Golem as I don't see it in there anymore. Excellent work as well, looking forward to trying it out.

This deck looks so sweet! Can't wait to try it out. One minor correction, Meloku is a "he" according to the flavor text. It's an easy mistake because the art looks a bit androgynous though.

I'm playing a somewhat close version to this deck now. So many ways to combo off. Personal favorite of mine is Rite of Replication kicked + Risen Reef for 30 Risen Reef triggers. Also, surprised to not see Mana Breach in the decklist.

I do Rite of replication kicked on BioVisionary

Would changing the commander to Vannifar and running pod to get this combo be viable? Considering how many pieces work together, it seems you'd be able to generate a win faster or make your deck a more accessible toolbox.

Vannifar requires more things to make her work. This just requires two commanders for the engine to be entirely online. Vannifar does have her own deck in cEDH, it just is massively different than Kodama and Sakashima

whats a good strategy to run into controlling decks like Tasigur and TnT?

    • @LaboratoryManiacs
      @LaboratoryManiacs  3 ปีที่แล้ว

You can either go faster or run layered decks like Kenrith midrange, which has several ways to win without casting spells.

@@LaboratoryManiacs what's a strong turbo list in that case lots of the turbo grixis decks has several links which vary quite a lot
Doenst have to be grixis though
Also keep up the great work the content is top notch by far my favorite magic channel

@@LaboratoryManiacswhich of the 4 rog Silas decks on the database would be a good choice they seem quite different and I haven't found the primers very comprehensive
Hope you have a guide for rog Silas releasing soon i need some hints to suck less at cEDH in general and those guides are such high quality and really teach people a lot

@@akselhansen304 www.moxfield.com/decks/yRsS18tYsE-jVgqmK7_Z0w/primer This list and primer are very comprehensive. Regarding which list is better. the one I linked is the most generalized Grixis Ad Naus shell. I'd look at that first and the shift into some of the other spicy ones when you have a better feel for the deck.

Wait what? I made a joke to my friends about using these two cards as partners when they came out, but I thought it would be a janky deck, even for casual, let alone competitive!
