Just to be clear, the catholic stance on LGBT hasn't changed. LGBT is considered disordered and contrary to God's will. It's not endorsed or supported. But the PERSON who is LGBT is still to be loved and welcomed because EVERYONE is to he loved and welcomed. The sin is not.

I was a pastor for 40 years. I've listened to Mari's sermons, and agree with most of what he preaches. As I listened though, I tried to understand why his preaching is so attractive. Here's my conclusion: Mari claims as fact many things that are, in reality, his own personal opinion. He may be right ... but he may also be wrong. Responsible preachers struggle to distinguish between their opinions and facts. This causes us to sound less awesome than Mari. We gain fewer followers. People want red meat, not careful discernment. Mari is a blessing to Christianity ... but he could use a healthy dose of humility regarding what he knows and what he believes. His hearers deserve that.

The church I go is Church of God and they don’t believe in having gay people preaching and they preach being like that is a sin. They believe you need to get saved, sanctified and Holy Ghost filled. They love Jesus with all their hearts also.

i would say Russia is probably the closest to a middle way between the west and the east. kind of. not too individualistic degenrate like the US and Europe, but also not too collectivistic authoritarian like China or North Korea.
