- Welcome to this vlog. This is a review of the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi which is an all inclusive basis resort. Its beautifully located by the ocean yet not far from the city and just 18 - 20 mins drive. I hope this video gives you a good insight of the resort and its facilities. That spa!!! I might be green with envy lol what an amazing display of food and wine! Love pizza ovens like that. We have a restaurant called 5000 degrees. Always love watching them prepare the food. Great video!

Hi can you clarify to me what all was included in the all inclusive package? You covered everything beautifully just wondered what all is included in their all inclusive package.

My family and I were there recently. The property is beautiful for sure. But I was disappointed with our overall stay.
The concierge staff were great. The welcome coffee/date by Hafiz was great. Hafiz was very welcoming throughout our stay.
The check-in was smooth.
L’Olivo restaurant was lovely. However The restaurant reservations staff (lady) was not friendly.
The worst experience was with the salon. Don’t use it unless you absolutely must. You better off going out of the hotel for that.
Rixy kids club: staff were friendly 👍🏽
Kids swimming area closes too early☹️but lifeguards are friendly.
Rixy kids club area food/bar staff was rude, should not be dealing with guests. At first I thought it was us only, but I over heard other families talking about the staff as they were walking away with their ice creams.
Room service was frustrating to say the least. Food was cold and salty. The red sauce looked like sauce straight from a can😡.
On positive note:
The resort is beautiful and easy to find with GPS 😁. Thank you Hafiz, Patricia (G.S), Pacifique (lobby outdoor resto), Rosaliane (L’Olivo ).
Extensive Staff training is needed! Product knowledge is lacking. Staff don’t seem happy. One lady straight up told me she was unhappy and can’t wait to find another job.
