This was a smelly case from the first second. I don’t feel they shud have the right for a retrial if they can’t convince a jury in the first trial. Instead, they re-try them and brought even more women into the picture to testify. But now the court said he should’ve never been charged to begin with because there was a binding agreement with the previous DA

From what I understand there are multiple cases against Cosby for the same kind of crime committed multiple times.
Even if Cosby agreed to one deal that doesn't exonerate him from the other cases against him.

I've had my issues with this whole subject but it always annoyed me that he basically got convicted based on the @metoo movement and not on the actual facts except for what was said in a deposition that he was told would not be used against him criminally. The justice system can't be used by activists for their agenda and the agents of the court have to keep to their word or no one will speak up if we can't trust the word of the people we are dealing with. The whole thing was a cluster fuck.
