Lovebirds Meal Time - Saturday, March 5th, 2022

In mid-December 2021, once everyone at home was busy. And I'm also not feeling well for a few days, then I intend to take a short break not to record the activities of these birds. After I left them 2 days, I came back to them, I was quite surprised because this cage was almost empty. There are only a few lovebirds. Apparently there was one cage door that was open, so the lovebirds left the cage and some didn't come back. I'm quite worried about them, whether they can find food out there or not. I feel this problem happened because of me.
After several days of waiting for them all to return home, I decided to be willing and let them be out there, and decided to clean this cage and fix the damaged parts that had been there for quite a while. After I checked, it turned out that there were several parts of the wall that were perforated to the outside. It's quite scary if only if there is a snake that enters from outside through this small hole. Then I also found a rat in one of the nest boxes in this cage. This rat is huge, and scary to me. I don't know since when this creature was in that nest. Then I also patched the small holes on the top. The rest, I sprayed disinfectant and left the cage empty for a few days.
After this cage has been empty for a long time, finally in mid-February 2022, I intend to use this cage again, this time with parblue, opaline and euwing lovebirds that were previously in other aviary cages. For a few weeks, we'll leave them together in this cage, we intend for them to find a mate they like.
This is the behavior of these lovebirds when they are eating together. I recorded this video on Saturday, March 5th 2022. Here the lovebirds are seen enjoying the mixed vegetables and seeds that are served.

In Indonesian, it is called: "Kangkung, Sawi Putih, Sawi Hijau, Selada".I don't know what "Kangkung" is called in English.
