In this fourth and final installment of the FANS Datalink series, we will be discussing ADS-C. ADS-C is a surveillance technology mandated by air navigation service providers (ANSPs) to provide air traffic controllers with an aircraft's position, altitude, and velocity information in near-real time. This video will explore how the Honeywell FMS 6.1 upgrade meets or exceeds current ANSP requirements for ADS-B and FANS datalink services, while also providing passengers with the latest technologies and passenger amenities.
