Agreed, tons of potential. But the video is so all over the place that the property needs a floor plan and area map. Unfortunately the website does not have this either, €3mil. Is way overpriced for this project. The current population decrease in Italy and farming demise across Europe in general will mean this can only be a passion project and will never achieve a return on investment.
