An idea for the cranberries: after baking or pan braising Chicken, deglaze pan (I use fruit juice) and add 1 or 2 tblspns of cranberries. Stir a few minutes until berries plump up and spoon this sauce over your chicken breasts to serve. Outstanding! Nice haul. Glad your produce arrives in tact.
