I do not recognize this song Emma is performing. Is it written/composed specially for Emma? Or is it simply that I have never heard an existing song before.... One way or the other, this fragment sounds beautiful, even with this not perfect sound quality. And look at Emma: last Tuesday she had a rough and very painful treatment in hospital because of her illness (that is something she has to go through every 5 month, but usually it will take about 15 minutes of pain; this time, Emma wrote, it was one hour due to a complication....). Never the less this video is on Wednesday: and here she is for the final rehearsals (probably not fully recovered from the day before, I think that's why she is so packed in thick warm clothes). And on Thursday there was the first concert in which "she did it again": emotions all over the place.... I mean: this girl is really hard for herself and I think that's why she has so much support from top-musicians like André Rieu.
@RogerClutton Well now I know: it is a brand new song, written/composed by Dutch top-songwriter Tjeerd Oosterhuis. I have watched now on some handy recordings on TH-cam, as Emma is performing the song in the concerts now, but it will be released officially on 12 July in the Netherlands (depending of where you live that can be on the 11th or 13th as well...). That is what Pierre Rieu, son of André Rieu has told.
