Looks like at 15:18 in that last gas station stop, you could have fueled up almost a full quarter less than you did. 17:49 Almost a quarter tank left. The power of hindsight could have saved you 4 seconds there. By the way, (at least with the fuel consumption of a 10F), 11:32 is about the point from which you could reach the goal with a full tank. And the gas station that you stopped at was the earliest one after that point, and thus probably best option for the last stop. Stopping at the same gas station, but on the way north would be the way to do a 1-stop strategy, but it would only work with a lower fuel consumption. With that 10F it would have left you 1/16th of a tank short.
GG! Great race! Maybe it would be fun to put GfrederfG, Canonball and refueling together in a race? Or just Gfred, Canonball and refueling? The standard Gfred checkpoints combined with several checkpoints inbetween all over the map?
Surprised you fully fueled the car on the first stop given you were highly likely to change at sports car road anyway, and in worst case scenario if nothing spawned, only needed enough to get to the next servo after sports car road.
i obviously dont know the first thing about fuelfreds, but to me it seemed like the percentage of your gas tank might be tied to your character, and not the individual car, seeing as both times you switched, the new car had about the same percentage as the previous one (the cinquemila being at a quarter, and the 10F almost filled up)...
Question …. Why when exiting the quarry do you go wide and over the overpass ? And further up when you approach the city why go over the off/on ramp rather than stay on freeway ?
to explain brake boosting: when you go over a crest and the wheels slightly lose contact with the road, you can brake and when you hit the throttle again you will gain a good bit of extra speed.
Fuelfreds are terrific. Especially with higher consumption that actually forces decision making and evaluation of efficiency vs power.
That Raiden getting re-FUELLED in the thumbnail is epic.

two refuelling stops and still 2-3 minutes quicker than a good deal of any given gfred field 💀

Oh man, rip dob.... and he's gone!

He was at an eigth though before he switched to the cinquemila. 7:41
anyone notice at the end RBS and someone else are rubbing their butts in someone's face??? lol

This gives you a few brake-boosts to go faster than staying on the freeway.
^ what they said!
