That is so true but thank God we did not forget about our mother we was there day and night yes we had our lives to live but we could not be here if was not for mom but what hurt the most when they shut down for letting family members in because of covid 2 years ago only time we could see mom was when she was been taking out to go to dialysis so if anyone has a love one not just in nursing home but at home please go be with them spend that time with them so very Important love ❤
Omg my best friend went through this she winded up getting an apology 2 years after the fact only because the other siblings made her and she was the same family member who stole the damn jewelry in the first place.
It's a very thankless job especially when you work in a nursing home. As a CNA I really be putting my heart and soul into taking care of my residents, and there are times I have to remind myself why I'm even doing it. U truly have to be selfless when it comes to being a CNA. Anyway Ty for giving us a voice. ☺️
Yes my fellow CNA sista😁😁😁😁 I've been doing this for 14 years and our Good deeds sometimes goes unnoticed I remind myself to that we are doing the Lord's work because a lot of these people don't have no family to come see them and the ones that do have families in some scenarios could care less how their family member is doing so it's not an easy job by far but it's rewarding and the patients appreciate us so that's enough for me

When I first started working I was told to keep it professional but truth is once you get to know your patients and you start growing na bond with them that just keeping it professional goes out the window. They do become family and you see them everytime you at work you will have your ups and downs just like family especially to the ones who's family members don't come or if they do every blue moon. I love the skits so much much love to you floss (Tracy) mack . And much love and mad respect for nurses .

This happened to me to my lil lady passed away and her family tried to take me to court saying that I stole all their mom stuff and gave some of it away to other residents but I bought everything that they lady had they never came to see her and when they did it was to see how much money can they get it was so said but at the end of it all they didn’t get anything and they told me I was not allowed at her memorial service I was so upset
My mother is in home health and she has worked with patients and their families and mother is so compassionate , that when her patients pass away , she makes sure they are clean and dressed before the funeral home comes to get the body. Then she helps the family get the room or home cleaned up and takes time to speak with the family and provides after care if necessary. It takes special people to do this job. It’s emotional, it takes patients, it’s 24/7, it’s rewarding, it’s dealing with things that most of us could not. Thank you God for my mother, and all the nurses out there
I had a patient going for an eye appointment said he'll see me later but later on that evening his son called me said he passed away at the ER I balled!! For days I balled he was one of my favorite ones like a dad to me! I went to the funeral and his Don gave me back what I bought for him I was a hot mess...........He died before covid thank God Rest his soul!! 😪😪😪😪😪🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
