Hey. It was a brand new replacement part. You can always take off the HDMI out port (next to HDMI in) and use that if you didn't want to buy a port. I've never known anyone to use that port anyway 😕.
@@SwindonElectronicRepairs The curiosity had me going honestly, cause technically I believe the One S’s are 2.0 HDMI to like 2.4 or sumthin like that, and honestly I was thinking if that would work save money and a lil time but not sure if it could mess the motherboard or trick it into thinking it doesn’t have an HDMI
Is the replacement part a used one or one you bought? Curious tbh if you’d be able to replace it with one that that isn’t from an Xbox port
