Why is it with this show that when something happens and someone just out of the blue says "it was so and so" and they are immediately believed and the person is arrested? Kheerat declared he killed that horrible man and he was immediately put in jail, no questions asked, no investigation. It doesn't make sense 😕

I get where Cindy is coming from. Kathy's admitted that the fire was her fault because she failed to have essential maintenance carried out. Meanwhile Cindy's son is critically ill in hospital and she's already lost two children. Although Kathy would never intentionally endanger her grandchildren, Cindy is upset and there is previous bad blood there. Kathy and Cindy are both fab characters imo, their conflict takes me back to classic EE.
Sympathising with Cindy here is insane. To have your husband’s elderly mother sent to prison for an accident is unjustifiable. Peter wouldn’t even want this. She’s an inconsiderate narcissist.
I get where Cindy is coming from but arresting Kathy for “endangerment” is where I draw the line. If Peter found out about this he would never agree but I guess Cindy “knows what’s right” for her.
@@jeffhardy6333 Kathy hasn't been sent to prison. She's being held for questioning. We don't know how Cindy would feel if the former actually happened, but there is no love lost with her and Kathy. In the 90s, Kathy egged Ian on to report Cindy to the police for leaving the country with Steven and Peter. She wasn't bothered about the prospect of Cindy being in prison for years back then, and rightfully so given Cindy's actions at the time. It's always been tit for tat with these two.
Didn't Cindy once hire a hitman to have Kathy's son (Ian) killed??

Why didn't Gina & whatever her name is go to the hospital? In the last episode they were running off after the ambulance when Peter was brought out? Whether they're getting on well with Cindy or not they were beginning to bond with Peter.
