It's good. 1 : Mario Kart 8 Those funky flares coupled with the ambiance of the track definitely makes you think like you're racing in the 90's. Easily the best version of SNES Rainbow Road.
The reason Super Circuit sounds so, to put it lightly, not so good, is because the GBA actually has no sound chip, so all the audio has to be produced all by the CPU, which takes a lot of time for the CPU if the music is too complex.
This one was very easy - almost too easy: 1. Mario Kart 7 2. Super Mario Kart 3. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe 4. Mario Kart Super Circuit Especially with the front running sound, SNES Rainbow Road from Mario Kart 7 sounds particularly nice.
