I open my eyes i am still in the chair but i have all kinds of wonderful sensations going on in my legs and i find my cheeks are wet but they are tears of joy! To God be the glory! I’ve struggled with insecurities because of being bullied as a child growing up. At times, it caused me to isolate myself from people as of being introverted. As I grew older, I began to love who I was. God showed me who I am in his word. I find things about me that no one else knew. Some times I find myself better alone than around others, I see me better than others will see me.
I TOTALLY relate to you!! I love this honesty and TRUTH! I love to sing and worship, too! One day I said can you send Naomi Raine to CTF, Raleigh. I would love to sing with and be around her. And literally a month or two later you came! And you recorded with them. Lol. I get afraid to get up and sing but I need to do it scared! Thanks for your encouragement! This was so good! You both pointed out some things that I too need to do to be successful and most of all a vessel for the kingdom of God! I get so afraid of being great because of what others say. However, I too step out on faith because that’s what God want me to do! I too am a worship singer and sometimes I allow others to dim my light. I was afraid of being alone for a very long time I was afraid of my own thoughts etc but I'm grateful I now know who I am in Christ it happened after a year and a half of therapy and a lock away season where all I had was God and his promises
