For real I took a ride this morning and I am thankful the rider was like 2 minutes away. As I am driving I am going exactly where the damn gps is going. Girl got so damn upset with me going the longer to her destination and thought I took over 25 minutes. I got done in 15 minutes because of her giving directions I did not need to take and I got paid more for going the route she wanted.
I had one, I drove to where the pin, and the guy called me saying I’m in the wrong address and started bitching. I just cancelled and took the cancellation hit. Not worth it.
I have cut off a few of those rides.. they gave attitude.. and I didnt want it in my car.. They kept calling me, asking me where am I? I told them to look at the app and they could see.. and why am I stopped SO LONG? at a light.. traffic.. Gee. Nahhh!
Ugh or the ones that are like, “I saw you get lost.” No.. you saw that I got your ride request after I passed the exit I should have gotten off at, and I had to come back around. Or the ones that are in queue calling and saying “I saw you pass me.” Yeah, genius!! The app freaking TOLD YOU that I was on another ride. Smdh 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I had one who "SAW ME" go to the bathroom... not literally.. right but I stopped quickly, you know how it is, you must take care of your bladder or you will have issues.. so I stopped.. quickly, she calls to want to know what I am doing? why I am I stopped at the QT? I told her.. cuz I am trying to decide if I want to give you a ride or not. So I canceled it, she could not give me a negative rating so she calls Uber to complain.. and I told Uber, it is MY choice to give a ride or not.. if I get too many harassments from a person who is NOT even in my car yet.. I have to really THINK about that and just give myself a moment of joy by canceling!

Driver finally said, "Ok, I'll give you a free ride." She smiled and settled down while the driver headed in the opposite direction of her desired destination towards the Mexican Border. She got nervous as the driver explained the one remaining exit before he crosses the border and hoped she had her Passport on her. She begged to get out. She had to re-order a ride at peak times and high traffic volume. The price doubled as well as the time it takes to get to her destination.

I am a house painter and have found out how to head off problems at the pass by giving a written proposal that has to be signed before any work is to be done. With that in mind, I am wondering how many details are listed on your apps for both uber and lyft that let prospective clients know in advance things like 1) how many passengers you can take; 2) no eating or drinking while being transported; 3) baby seats must be able to be secured; and such. Also, do you ever post any of these things on the windows for riders to be able to read when they come to your car?
I have a question from Uber drivers is a group of people I am not saying the name if you know you know it always having to pick up and drop them off in exact location they want closest to their desire spot because they don’t like to walk. For example when pulling up on the other side of the street crossing their home a small street they want me turn around to their side because they don’t want to cross the street?
If I can easily and safely turn around, I do it. That's not a problem, and I don't want someone having a bad experience right at the end of the drive where they are most likely to rate you poorly. I've noticed that if they don't like the route at the beginning or aren't happy when the ride starts, they don't mind giving you five stars or just not rating you if the rest of the drive goes well. If they don't like it at the very end, that will be what's on their mind and they will give you a lower rating.
I had a guy in my car and his ping was in the wrong location and he was being rude in disgruntle. But I was being nice to bring him home and he got my account deactivated saying I was drinking i just got back

Yea, I do lyft and uber. If I get a passenger that's rude at the beginning I cancel on them. If you have me wait too long I cancel the ride right off.

Cancel before you start the ride. If you cancel after trip starts they can give you a 1 star. They can shoot you and give you a 1 star.
