On the inside fasteners to hold the bags to the bike, make sure you retighten them after every stop, they do come loose, you should only have to do it a few times and they will then seat and stay tight. I have them on my 2015 CVO Street Glide. My first ride I went about 100 miles and checked them and they were loose, retightened and rode about 200 miles and they were slightly loose, retightened and rode about 100 miles and they were tight. I check them before I ride.
