I'm a medical doctor in South Africa I had no time for myself none let alone my family , I decided that it's enough me giving myself to work . I changed jobs, now I work in a less stressful place, I have time for my family husband and children, and most importantly myself.
I have to open the curtains as well. Back when I had ppd, it really helped. When it started to get dark, I'd walk to the park with my babies until my husband came home. Now I open them daily:) I feel like my gift from God and why I'm here is to be a mother. I've made sure to be there for my kids, how no one was there for me, and my kids are so smart and talented; I need to stay involved and raise them right and keep love in there life.

Thank you for this video ❤ After I had my third child, things became stressful and found myself being short tempered with my husband and kids. I was also not eating as healthy as I typically would. I'm learning to simply not chastise myself so much if I'm not "super mom" 😅 I've also been exercising which has helped me feel better exponentially 💯

What if you’re nurturing yourself precisely because you were in a marriage where you weren’t being nurtured and instead were being used and abused? There’s no touch there for me at the moment. 🤷♀️
I do have traits of feminine women, like nurturing caring and sensitive but I don’t like to wear makeup. I do care about how I dress, I wear dress and skirts much more than pants, I exercise, pray and do skincare but I am just not into makeup. Does it take away from my femininity? because majority of femininity contents I have seen include wearing makeup or altering appearance.
Do you think it’s feminine for women to weight train 4-5x a week and gain muscle and bulk up? Or is pilates better for the more feminine tone lean body.
Lifting weights is very important for women. It makes your bones strong. Also it's a myth that lifting makes you look "manly".. it's biologically impossible for a woman to look like a man. Unless you grab some 💉 Infact lifting weights will not only make you physically stronger but it also gives a beautiful feminine shape. You can grow a beautiful "behind" by lifting some good weights. Lifting weights also booste metabolism. Hope this helps you out girlie 🤍

I think that it's ok to lift weights but it is wise to be careful not to lift anything that could hurt your organs. We have organs to protect for childbearing and just overstraining that can have long term effects. So I think it's ok in moderation or for certain seasons in your life. I love weight training. Pilates give different benefits. It's very difficult but also helps you stretch which makes you feel really good and builds strength. See which you enjoy more 😘

I have a hard time with perfumes or fragrances because they give me headaches and they say that they are not good for your health and can cause allergies etc. so I don't know how to do it I would love to smell good but can't find anything ... and my husband loves fragrances and when our home smells good… do you have any tips?

My cycle is off the track lol. It comes only for 1 day ,each month . I did a screen test my gynecologist told me im fine. I did blood work and they told me i only have a bit of high cholesterol but i doubt that affects it. I suffer from anxiety bt i tried every medicine put there and i dont wanna continue them. I wanna do this naturally. I dont know why my cycle is so messed up. Literally my brain is in racks,& cannot understand why. Although now that you mentioned touch,i never had that in my life....let alone hugs or se*,😢i wonder if that causes anxiey or being easy startled @drmichelledaff

Could be trauma (over-controlled/ tense body). Maybe see a sex therapist/ pelvic floor therapist?
