Hi, some of those foods are not good like the coffee and smoothies, its not about counting calories but cutting out sugars as that makes a big difference. When you eat sugar your insulin spikes and thats what makes us gain. I went long haul to Thailand and I was shattered, that was just one trip so how do you manage? Still loving the vlogs.
Oh I know some of them are sugary but sadly I love sugary things and won’t ever cut it out 🤣 I’m still losing weight and that’s all I care about! I do struggle a lot with night flights which is why I loved doing these short haul blocks! Thank you ☺️
Well done on the weight loss! When you talk about diet on social media, there’ll be a ton of armchair experts telling you what you should and shouldn’t be eating. Ignore them. If what you’re doing is working, stick with it. Slow weight loss is best because it allows your metabolism to adjust as you go.
