Using Sling Suspension

Basic instructions on applying sling suspension for gravity eliminated active abduction movement of the hip. Instructions on how to remove slings at the end on the treatment. Demonstrated on a skeleton.
When applying this to the arm, for abduction, the most distal part (the hand) is lifted first and then the upper arm is lifted. This is so the elbow is not hyper extended. When lowering, the upper arm is lowered first and then the hand.
