@@Strimtomwould a gnome work good as well for Pale Master? Ithink they did away with deep gnome cause I did not see it in character creation for the race at all.
Wow, now i see it, been trying to figure it out. ES warlock, there is the immunity bypass. Cast your elemental spell every 10 seconds, preferably a good aoe. Chain in your light spells, watch everything disintegrate around you. Add in visanti daggers, and the arcane warrior feat, and then wild magic for the cherry on top. The synergy…
Kind of. Elves in DND lore basically tend to take on aspects of their environment. So elves that live in the sea become sea elves and elves that live in the forest become wood elves. So Eladrin are just elves that live in the feywild and have their fey nature beefed up a bit. Its kind of like different flavors of Pepsi and Eladrin are Pepsi Max.
Major in chaos mage, minor in air savant, with air stance will be fun.. with 6 points in Feydark or Harper should yield a 107 or 108 chr on reaper.. yummy. Fully geared out ofc.. looking heavily at this build

They add whatever is easiest. Because they can recycle the Elf / Human / etc model, they save time on recreating new armor art and animations. It sucks, but that's the reason why the game has so many races that look pretty similar.
@@NotSure-e8z to be fair, I don’t think they have a super great budget to work with. It’s only lazy because that’s the type of funding they’re working with

there's something funny about the most innately magical elf taking on a martial focus and lacking arcane archer or imbue dice in their racial tree which are kind of the way to thematically push magical power into melee/ranged builds.
I like them. But honestly kinda disappointed we got another elf. A while ago they had a poll for new races and I’m pretty sure kobolds won. With this being the year of the dragon and such I think getting kobolds would have been flavorful. Give a kobold shaman as An iconic and I think lots of people would have been excited.
To be fair, the poll was in 2017 (which is a while ago, but like 7 years is really far back) and we got dragonborn, which is at least dragon related. I think if the expansion wasn't in a very elf centric area we probably would have gotten something else.
@@Strimtomdon’t sell out to favor SSG. This was a cheap/easy and just another elf race designed instead of giving players something actually new like kobold or Gith etc. at least they gave some new hair options ehh?

I think... is impossible to do a multiclass caster good... losing high tier spells is to much... if that enhacement also alows that some of u caster class was consider as higher is ur lvl to get new spells too... Like: 4 WM 16 CLERIC Would have tier 9 cleric's spells as if he was lvl 20 cleric.
@@middleagedgamers7750 You can do some fun things with lesser caster classes though (like bard). I honestly think 4 WM/16 bard for stormsingers is going to be the go to. That adds immunity stripping without losing caster levels due to mixed magic and you still get 2 level 6 spells (max for bard). I honestly don't know if you need more than 2 level 6 spells as a stormsinger. Warlocks also get their top level spells at level 16. I'm not sure if it works as well with different primary attributes, but artificers and alchemists get their top level spells at level 15, Paladin and Ranger get theirs at 14. I think people will be finding some interesting multiclass combos with those. Warlocks can benefit a lot from the immunity stripping. The big benefit to the mixed magic feat is for when your wild magic sorcerer is your primary class. It lets you throw two levels of pretty much any other class in without gimping your sorceror spellcasting. You can still use meteor swarm or iceberg and have 2 FVS levels for close wounds, 2 thief or monk levels for evasion, 2 arti levels for rune arms, 2 AOS levels for eldrich chain , 1 wizard for a metamagic feat and added hp available from eldrich warrior/pale master.1 barbarian for movement speed etc. Lots of splash ideas are now on the table for a sorc.
