My Taurus husband is so persistent. He was relentless in perusing me. We've been together for 30 yrs which is a miracle since I'm an Aquarius. I know I irritate him, but he has hung in there with me through it all. He's extremely stubborn which can sometimes be his downfall, especially when it's come to his health. We are so different with our interests, too. I love science and technology and astrology and he has zero interest. He loves cooking and football and I hate both of those things, still we've managed somehow. He really did become comfortable in his work and doing something new is just something he doesn't want to do. For me I'd be bored. I need constant change. With all of our differences, I still think he's a great man. He's very kind and I do love that he is stable.

One of my old school friends is a classic Taurus. Lives in the same house he lived in when he was growing up. Has raised a family in that bottom section of the family house - amazing. People come to him and he rarely leaves his abode. Same job for something like 35 years. Stubborn - very stubborn. But very good natured in the general sense. Likeable, friendly and down to earth. I think your wording of persistent is very accurate - especially toward what stabilises the physical realm of his life.
A taurus kept chasing me for years, too. Even when I moved. I read his diary lol. That guy was doing every other girl but really liked me the most. I’m not making this us. Even his virgo roommate told me years later when we crossed paths at a bar that I was “always his favorite”. Way to throw the taurus’ secrets out there huh. I might add both were child actors but the taurus gave up on hollywood and the virgo kept acting very successfully. The taurus ended up getting married then promptly divorcing. I’m gonna say there is more narcissism in the taurus than good taurean qualities, sadly. It was when I finally showed him love that he BOLTED.
The taurus man I'm talking to I went to school with but narried his HS gf then things went south and got divorced. He's been single for a while now. It's left him with certain insecurities but is also very grounded in who he is. He's just very aware of the things that may trigger them. He's a hard worker and a great provider. He has 4 kids he still provides for. He's willing to gives chances but also keeps alert for any shady stuff that may occur now. I'm the same way. I'm going through my own divorce. It's left me with trust issues but i'm aware of them but it's not that I can't trust the other person. It's whether or not I can trust myself to make the right decision. But that's why I now listen to my gut but also my head. I'm a taurus moon.
