Yeah, shut the propane off in case you have an accident? Next, they'll want you to turn off the 12 volts, in case you have an accident. It might spark and ignite the propane anyway.. There's a lot we like about our new 23ML, but..... One of the shelves in the frig cracked, and the paneling under the cabinets fell down on the trip home from Iowa to Arizona. Also, there is no audio/video center, just the Klipsch speak which is Bluetooth. Never did figure out how to use it. But, you can't watch a DVD, or stream TV unless you add an HDMI cable. The TV is a Jensen, and while it's 50 inch, they could have used a better quality TV. .
10:26 - those gaps should be caulked up on the ceiling. 12:44 - was this one inspected already or was this unit a pre-production? Look at that gap on the trim on the left... I do like that storage, 15:51 - that is nice to see. My 2019 Open Range 28 foot bunkhouse seems to have better quality.
@@tyersontheroad2607 Actually, for me a single twin bed and a lot more storage would be fine, but I’d be happy to see two twin beds instead of the queen, since that would appeal to a much wider audience.
Good catch, I see that in the online info and Alliance's TH-cam drop on this unit link below. We did not see the hook ups in the closet area, so we missed it! th-cam.com/video/OScSQ4oUlMc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yp7Ax_IF2C1-0ojM
Not even close to enough counter space around the stove. There should be Electric or at least USB ports near the dinette. Trim on slide is not attractive.
61490 plus a mandatory 7150 package so the base minimum MSRP is right below 69K. you can add the off the grid package ($1430) and second AC ($1072). Then of course freight. We just took delivery of our new 23ML one this week. Hope that helps/ Plus it has moved to the new 2025 linen colors which are gorgeous compared to the standard RV colors. Also the lounge chairs now have a flip up center which is awesome!!!!! Our independent inspector was very impressed with the build and quality of the new 23M:
So that's what you 2 were so secretive about at dinner. Very nice, lightweight and sharp looking.
Yes, we were sworn to secrecy until we got the greenlight from the mothership!
Great video guys. This is a great couples coach and appreciate the tour.
Yes, perfect for couple and a grandkid too if needed!
So close to being perfect. If it had a bed slide that would be a perfect couples RV. Very nice layout.
Ya, as part of the "All Access" Avenues, the goal is to keep it light and affordable, we could do this unit for sure!
the microwave shouldn't behind the slide so it will be perfect for access on the road!
Great video. Thanks! Did Alliance share production dates with you?
August 2024, right around the corner. Rumor has it they are putting in a larger window door side above the counter too.
Please put the microwave away from the slide. Then it will be perfect for access on the road!
Agreed!

AWESOME video guys, Hey John I have a nice tyers on the road hat that would go great for reviews like this :)
That hat was a prototype too!!

All are good, but none are perfect! Prototype rig.
Love this layout! I wish someone offered 5th wheels with a twin bed option.
Hello, Yes we do to, this will be a great seller. As in two beds (twin) or a twin bed size?

You didn't mention the washer / dryer prep in the bedroom. :)

Nice review, well done
Thanks Alan!

Thanks for the feedback!
What does something like this cost?
Nor sure yet, pricing has not been released yet. BUT MSRP on one close to it, is around Mid/Low $60K, only a guess!

I love you guys both of you, but as RV reviewers…. that’s probably best left up to the pros!
LOL, Ya understand, it was a lot of fun making this video though, practice make perfect! What one suggestion could we do to improve?
