Ok, maybe I should have added some quotation marks to the title 🤔

Should have, but i don’t think anyone would have thought the “I” meant you, because of the picture of Rongo in the thumbnail, can’t really miss it can you 👍🏻😂

Rongo is such a great character!! He's funny as hell too. Loz, great clip of the full interview! 💪💪

2:35 "I miss you honey... could you send me a picture to put on the wall of my cell?"
"Sure baby, what do you want me to wear?"
"Uh, no, a picture of Brian Shaw... Google him..."

Amazing interview. I've not been organised enough to listen to the whole video yet, but this is awesome. What a inspirational story. Set your mind to something and go for it. I've not been lucky enough to see Rongo in competition (other than WSM home) but I'll certainly keep an eye on him now! Fair play Rongo!

Rongo is such an interesting man. I hope we get to see more of him at Worlds Strongest Man.
Great idea to have a series of shorter clips to bring attention to some of these interesting topics Loz. I love the full conversations but these are great for when you don’t have time to commit to an hour long vid.

Rongo just doesn't give up and that's a great thing for a SM some People may not know that the only Man to win WSM 5 times spent time in prison it's common knowledge now but I knew from BITD from a WSM athlete the story has changed over the year's as to what this man did but that doesn't matter what matter's is it is possible to overcome any obstacle and become great I hope Rongo sticks with SM with time he could be a Dark Horse.

It's a wonderful idea to cut interesting clips out of the long videos, give them sensational titles and the channel will skyrocket! On a personal level, the title and the duration of the video lured me into watching it.
Just like Joe Rogan's podcasts, not many people watch the whole thing because it's time consuming. However, millions watch the clips with attractive titles!
Keep it up I'm loving your content and your personality.

Thank you buddy. I was actually worried to do the short clips as I felt people would think I’m just re posting things but like yourself I enjoy short clips from people like Joe Rogan so thanks for the comment. We will have a lot more going up

@@BigLozOfficial I think if anything, it will make Guy's watch the whole video (If they haven't already) there are times when I watch a full video of your interviews in 2 parts (mainly due to time restraints) other times, like Rongo, Capes and others I'm so interested I have to watch the whole thing regardless of what's going on around me and get a little sad when it ends but I know more good stuff is coming so it's all good ;-)

Well there you have it, you can make massive gains if you are prepared to work hard even on limited equipment. In the Mark Felix interview Mark said he only had one kettlebell to use during lockdown. Me I have a ton of excuses. There are no shortcuts to the top. Thank you.
