I think there’ll be 2 post credit scenes. The 1st setting up carnage and the 2nd setting up the green goblin. I think goblin will be for Spider-Man 3 and carnage will be either a DLC or Spider-Man 3. That’s my take. Nice video too! 👍👍

I really hope carnage doesn't make an appearance. other than personally thinking he doesn't really add anything to stories he shows up in. there really wouldn't be a point to having him in this game without making it very crowded and convoluted. plus carnage tends to be treated more like a venom character over a spiderman character
Theory on the symbiote’s origin is based on the Ultimate comics version. It is a clone of Peter’s DNA created by the game’s secret antagonist, the Jackal. It bonds with Peter in order to reunite with its source, but it splits between Peter and Harry. Harry remains out of control, but with Peter it doesn’t dominate him fully (again due to compatible DNA). Eventually Miles frees Peter of the suit and they both free Harry of his half. Throughout the game, Kraven has been hunting both Spiders and the second act ends with a battle that mirrors/pays homage to the Last Hunt, with Peter nearly killing Kraven and Miles being forced to stop him. The now fully intact Symbiote seeks out Kraven and bonds with him due to the trauma of being rejected by Peter and seeking out the one person that put fear in Peter’s heart. The third act begins with the death of Kraven and his rebirth as Venom the purest hunter whose soul focus is the death of his ultimate prey.

I've been calling it for months and I'm all in on this. Kravenom will end up the surprise villain. Miles will have it first so he can have camouflage and be immune to venom blast. Peter will get it, probably fight one of them. Then big bad will be Kraven with the symbiot with Peter and Miles abilities.
Not really a Spidey villain but I hope they bring in Juggernaut for that X-Men connection and for the callback to “Nothing Can Stop The Juggernaut”. I also think an underrated pick are Spencer or Alistaire Smythe and the Spider-Slayers especially because it looks like Jonah’s return to the daily bugle will give him ample resources to fund them.
Villains and henchmen as a whole need to have a dramatic shift. Spm1 treats criminals like they are neighborhood pranksters these are serial killers assassins and rapists crazy enough to fight spm they need to act like it. (i heard sineater might be in the game he could be an intimidating villain if they let him be)
Villains I could see in Spider-Man 2 are- Chameleon-Maybe like a horror type,like he is called the Skincrawler Killer. Mysterio-Kinda gives me ‘The Scarecrow’ vibes and i would love to see him. Lizard-I would love to see him as a villain,so much potential. Jack O’Lantern-If set in Halloween,this could work

Seen a lot of people saying they don’t want too many villains in Spider-Man 2 so they can focus on Venom, but I was honestly disappointed with the first games villains, not that they were bad, but it was way too quick, when you fight shocker at the beginning, and then get introduced to the sinister 6, I was expecting an Arkham Knight style mission with individual side missions for each villains, instead of just one shot fights. Really hope they can give us alot of smaller villains with legitimate missions
I actually want chameleon in this game tbh especially since his half brother kraven the hunter is going to be in this game as well as kraven the hunter movie which chameleon will also be in so it only makes sense to have chameleon in this game

The boss battles in spider-man ps4 were pathetic, almost just quick time events. Even the ps1 spiderman game had better boss battles. Boss battles have to be free form dynamic battles where the player freely engages in combat. There needs to be an indication of damage dealt like a health bar. You have to feel like you are in control of spiderman. In spiderman ps4 you were barely in control of spiderman when fighting bosses. I hope they can give the player more freedom of control in boss battles, because that was the weakest aspect of the first game. Show less

I actually hope that Wraith will infiltrate Oscorp with the intention to hurt Osborn, cause he was the reason Sable ended up in NYC, what ended up in Hammerhead getting that tech and power. While fleeing Osborn wants Connors to become the Lizard for his protection, ending up that Osbron turns Connors forcefully back into the Lizard, so Osborn ends up using the Goblin Formula, what makes him stronger etc. Peter and Miles do arrive seeing the Lizard causing chaos and Yuri/Wraith following Osborn, thats where they could introduce the Character switching, one following Yuri, the other fighting the Lizard, causing Peter getting in contact with the symbiote and "releasing" Harry. Harry getting in contact with the Goblin Formula causing the symbiote and the GF to create ANTIBODIES against his diseases (First sign of potentional Anti-Venom) [...] later after Peter finds out what really happened he first shows the signs of the symbiote (Peter ending up attacking Norman), what causes Norman to become the Green Goblin. [...] After some time Peter gets rid of the symbiote through Miles, MJ and ofc Harry (maybe at a close Church), what turns Eddie Brock into Venom (after him maybe losing his job at the Bugle for ofc not getting proper pics of Spidey) And cause of the beginning Kraven ends up in New York City. He could be a challenge character with his own mission. Think of it as after completing the first phase (Kraven gathering information) you fight some of the Sinister Six and in the end you even fight Kraven, ending his hunt. Cause of this they would introduce: Venom, Green Goblin, the Lizard, Wraith, some of the Sinister Six (and potentially Anti-Venom and Carnage.) What do you all think? Would you change or add something?
I really hope that Felicia Hardy the Black Cat will return on the new Spider-Man 2 game. I just hope that she has changed into something better. & I really hope that she & Spidey will cross each other’s path again in a little romantic way

Chameleon,Lizard,Wraith,carnage,Green Goblin, so it doesn’t matter which villain will be in it I will be happy with everyone they are all my favorite but, I also would like to see some villains from miles Morales like Selim or counterpart .😊😊😊
I actually hope that Wraith will infiltrate Oscorp with the intention to hurt Osborn, cause he was the reason Sable ended up in NYC, what ended up in Hammerhead getting that tech and power. While fleeing Osborn wants Connors to become the Lizard for his protection, ending up that Osbron turns Connors forcefully back into the Lizard, so Osborn ends up using the Goblin Formula, what makes him stronger etc. Peter and Miles do arrive seeing the Lizard causing chaos and Yuri/Wraith following Osborn, thats where they could introduce the Character switching, one following Yuri, the other fighting the Lizard, causing Peter getting in contact with the symbiote and "releasing" Harry. Harry getting in contact with the Goblin Formula causing the symbiote and the GF to create ANTIBODIES against his diseases (First sign of potentional Anti-Venom) [...] later after Peter finds out what really happened he first shows the signs of the symbiote (Peter ending up attacking Norman), what causes Norman to become the Green Goblin. [...] After some time Peter gets rid of the symbiote through Miles, MJ and ofc Harry (maybe at a close Church), what turns Eddie Brock into Venom (after him maybe losing his job at the Bugle for ofc not getting proper pics of Spidey)
And cause of the beginning Kraven ends up in New York City. He could be a challenge character with his own mission. Think of it as after completing the first phase (Kraven gathering information) you fight some of the Sinister Six and in the end you even fight Kraven, ending his hunt.
Cause of this they would introduce: Venom, Green Goblin, the Lizard, Wraith, some of the Sinister Six (and potentially Anti-Venom and Carnage.)

I really hope that Felicia Hardy the Black Cat will return on the new Spider-Man 2 game. I just hope that she has changed into something better. & I really hope that she & Spidey will cross each other’s path again in a little romantic way

The Green Goblin needs to be in this game. Most of you want him to be in the third game but you need to realise that a third game might not happen. Insomniac may very well put this universe's Spidey to rest after this game
