Thanks Joe. Looking forward to a good year. And hope you keep doing videos. its really great to listen to the experienced beekeepers like you. Also hope your health stays up. You have some wonderful educational resources that are under appreciated.
This year grafted about 70 Queens. Next year plan to graft about 500 cells. should be fun. Glad you are feeling better Sir Joe. Thank you i am sure we will all enjoy the education. No matter how long you do BEEs you can always learn new tricks
great advice Joe, as we get older the simple way is and has always been the best . keep making the videos and i hope your health continues to get better.
Simplest way to make queens. I always teach this to beginners, and to have at least 2 hives at all times or else you're forking out money on new queens. See you Tuesday.
I've been wondering what has happened to you. I really appreciate you and the way that you teach beekeeping you have helped me tremendously. My prayers are with you and your family God bless Terry
I did the walkaway splits 10 days ago and I was disappointed by the size of the cells compared to swarm cells. I took 3 frames of brood and shook in some extra nurse bees and gave them some sugar water. But I wanted to have a couple of spare queens around to avoid buying queens. If they show a good laying pattern I may use them to requeen some 2 year old queens. Good to see you're feeling better. Don't overdo it and take care Joe.
Glad to hear you are feeling better! Thanks for all your videos and sharing your knowledge!
