Hey vere in your opinion what vehicle should i upgrade first on the parts? I've been struggling to get scraps and i want to spend it on a useful vehicle so please help me choose a vehicle

Rally or Muscle Car. Finish the race season every single month. It offers decent coins, gems and parts, plus you can get chests for the races you win. Use ads to open orange chests every morning and evening. If you have the time, by all means do every thing that offers chests (daily tasks, adventure, community showcase, etc... but the race season gives a good amount of everything, and a decent set up with rally or muscle car should allow you to breeze through without much trouble.
On my alternate account, I scrap all excess parts (obviously), but I keep all my normal parts (gray) at around 1000... anything over that I'll scrap just so I'm always scrapping something, and I'm not likely upgrade those parts as often, so it would be a while before I even need to worry about being short when the time comes.
Aside from that, join a decent team that is team event focused and has a leader that actually removes inactive people from the roster, and aside from you muscle and/or rally car, throw everything at your team event vehicles every week because the better your team does in the team event, the better your rewards are each round and also for the month.
