Thanks Andrew for your guidance through videos and udemy. I cleared pmp last week, it was my first attempt. Your tips and suggestions helped in broadening my mindset to focus as a leader as well as a manager. 😊 I wish all the luck to others attempting the exam.
Hey, Andrew. I successfully passed my PMP exam with ATs on my first attempt last Saturday, 11/23/2024. The combination of your Udemy course, the Simplified book, and the PMP Simulator provided all the resources I needed to succeed. In the week leading up to the exam, I focused intensively on the simulator to strengthen my mindset and ensure a targeted approach, which proved invaluable during the real exam. Andrew, I want to sincerely thank you for your teaching and your humorous approach, which made the journey to becoming PMP certified both enjoyable and achievable. I truly appreciate all your help!
Thanks Adrew. Just came here to thank for your efforts. I cleared by PMP last week on my first attempt with Above Target on all three domains. The exam questions were short and were hard mostly. The PM mindset helped alot. Also, there were no drag and drop questions and only two numerical questions which were very easy. The exam was loaded with questions like what should the PM do first or Next.
Hello andrew I successfully passed my PMP exam on Thursday, your videos helped me alot in this process also those who are about to give exam let me give you some tips related to it Actual exam is much more easier than mocks also most of the questions were on regularly compliance and team conflict, No mathematical questions were there.
Wish I had discovered u earlier! I see now why I failed. My independent personality significantly influenced my answers all around!! Never understood the mindset!
Cleared PMP exam last week with 3 AT's. Thank you so much for your guidance!! The questions were very similar to PMP exam simulator questions, but more challenging. Almost 70% questions were matching the level of questions in beta tests in the simulator. Request you to make the feedback videos of simulator beta questions because the situational questions in exam were almost matching the beta level, and I think no one can provide better explanation of those situational questions. Lessons learned during the exam: 1.Mindset is extremely important to select best possible answer. 2.There is not perfect answer and no perfect concept, one has to choose the best possible solution to the given situation in the question. Reading PMBoK at least once helps a lot. 3.Practice giving full exam length mock test because after 100 minutes in the exam, the mind gets exhausted, and one may face difficulty in comprehending the questions quickly.
Hey, Andrew. I took your PMP prep course last month and got my PMP today. First try, above in all domains. Thank you for doing such tremendous job with the study materials and putting all of this together!
Hello Andrew, I am from India, I have just Cleared my PMP in First Attempt on 7th Nov with most of domains AT, I am really Thankful to you for amazing course which helped me to gain this credentials, PMP Mindset is the main key. I would like to share my experience of exam as it is hard one, 95% of questions were statement type with two confusing options and 2 options easy to eliminate, no question was direct type you have to conclude things in every question, drag and drop questions are also indirect type. 4 hrs into exam will make your brain drain completely. Your Tips: Early conduct of Exam, Take Breaks , do pushup or exercise during break actually helped and yes i wore blue. Now Time for my Chocolate Cake. Thanks again, I wish to look forward for more helpful courses from you as you are a brilliant teacher.
Thank you so much Andrew. Your very useful hints and quick explanation really helped me findout the mindset of the PMP. I successfully passed the exam yesterday, Nov-9-2024 😍🤩
Hi Andrew, I passed my PMP exam last Friday, 25/10/2024, and revisited your TH-cam channel to leave a comment and say thank you. Your content is top-notch, your voice inspires confidence, and the course is well-organized. I also completed your Udemy course and highly recommend it to everyone. I’m currently working as a Design Manager in civil infrastructure, and I pursued the course to earn my certification. Please let me know if you’re planning to offer a PMI-CP course as well, as that would be my next goal. Best regards and warm wishes,
Very helpful set of questions 👍 For Q 52, I chose C (incorrect) over A (correct) because C involved all team members while A involved representatives only, even though I liked A more overall. Would still like to see a few "choose two" questions, as they fit with the Hard Qs theme 👍
I recently completed your course on Udemy and took the mock test at the end, where I also watched all the drag-and-drop question videos series and watching these Ultra hard question series too. I noticed that I was able to answer about 95-98% of your questions correctly. However, when I try questions from other creators, I find the answers confusingly similar, and my accuracy drops to around 75-80%. Do you think this difference is due to other creators setting harder questions, or are your questions slightly easier?
I noticed that as well. I think creators set questions based on their mindset. The more important question is, whose mindset is more aligned with the PMP exam? I have yet to take the exam, so I can't tell, but I'm putting my money on Andrew's mindset!
Andrew, thank you very much!!!!. I passed my PMP at first attempt, within six weeks using only your resources (Udemy Course, Simulator and TH-cam Videos). I wore blue 😂😂 And now time to celebrate and get a cake🎉🎉🎉😅
Hi Ramdayal, I have passed PMP exam with above target using your udemy course. My complete learning curve took 30 days. Exam was very than expected but your suggestion on mindset really helped me in choosing the best answer. Got 3 drag and drop questions, 2 graph based questions, unfortunately no calculation questions. Lengthy questions and time is not sufficient as I thought. Despite of all these I got sucessful AT in 1st attempt. Thank you for all the course, guidence and information. Blue shirt magic worked 😊.
I saw question 61! But I will wait for the next video to upload and not sneak ahead 😄. Thanks so much for your efforts Andrew, appreciate the work of you and your team.
Passed my PMP!! A big THANK YOU to you, Andrew!! I took your course on Udemy, followed your channel, and practiced questions with your videos. Your tips and motivations have been an immense help. THANK YOU AGAIN!! @Andrew Ramdayal
A team is working on a new project and the sponsor refuses to approve a budget increase needed for the current iteration. What should the project manager do to address this situation? A. Submit a change request to get formal approval for a budget increase. B. Work with the stakeholders to develop flexible budgeting approaches. C. Explain to the sponsor the risk of not having the budget approval. D. Spend the extra money and plan to compensate in the next sprint. Can you please give me the right answer of this question?
I have been scoring 80% or above in your simulator. I am managing to score 60% in BETA. Please let me know if there is anything that I need to practice more. . Thanks.
I am not sure about 54. D says all team members to join in a remote operated environmental project. In b there is a session to discuss the role in depth though.
