    I don't know who copied who, but this TED talk is in fact very similar to William Ury's TED talk. One of the two use the very same story to address their talking points. Just an observation.

    I'm sorry, but... that's not how you pronounce Pyrrhic victory. Just need to get that off my chest. But I appreciate that he fit in as much information as he could, speaking quickly and otherwise clearly.

    Nice but one of the keys to negotiation is to dress up and look better. This man can emulate it but he looks like he just came out from bed with the soggy and dirty looking shirt. Presentation is everything, too, in negotiation, the way you look and speak, like this man has kilometric ideas too fast to be appreciated.

    Please review the criteria for 'expert.' Under scrutiny, one might find the definition varies and isn't always applicable. Having one or two gigs, over a decade ago, using the material of another author or co-author, Minh Luong, is not really an expert, imo. Opinions may vary. Do your homework.
