First request the IG Punjab to pay the contractor who has done all this work and still egging for the money he has spent on this thana. So you entered the Police station with a camera on and no one asked or interrogated you and had no concern for the security. We need to change the service provided not merely the building. Khuda na karey ager apka koi jayez kaam par jaye tu 10-20 lakh minimum dene perte hain.
First we entered with permission and filmed as well secondly no where in my shoot have i said the mindset of the thaana has changed that obviously will take time but for now the changes that have taken place is what i have tried showing to ppl
