I happened to see your recipe for the unstuffed pepper skillet. It sounded so good, I watched the whole video. I had all the ingredients so I immediately made it while watching you prepare it (for the second time). Your instructions were so easy to follow. It turned out just like yours and smelled so good. Well let me tell you, my husband and I LOVED it. We will be making this again soon. I live in Castle Rock, Colorado and this is a perfect meal for those cold winter nights that are coming. One time I made stuffed peppers in the crockpot, which I usually don’t do, but I was pressed for time. well, needless to say, I’ll let it cook way too long……… but I’ll tell you what it may the best stuffed pepper soup!!! It was so good😍
