I saved 500 packs for TOTY last year and packed nothing but both of my friends who started in January last year who didn’t understand the concept of saving packs (and didn’t) both got one
@FutTrader4 I'm glad someone has had good experiences. There's a theory about certain accounts pulling great cards all the time. There has to be something in that. The most expensive card I've ever pulled in all my years is Putellas last year at the beginning of the year when she was 700k (untraceable of course). Imagine how good I must be to still be competitive 😂

I've played fifa since 2009 and this year is my last, the reason is I used to fodder trade this year EA have totally fucked it up plus the game has gradually got worse since fifa 21, but this year there is fuck all to do in this game the content is shit and it's not fun everybody is moaning and rightly so but it's just too much for casual players. They see nick, auzio, bateson and so on oh look what I've packed, we'll come and have a look at what I packed and I grind this game everyday and get nothing it's finally done me in I'd rather do something else it's a load of shit now. The Messi situation didn’t help and they never brought the pack back and just pissed me off. This year, pack weight early was God awful, then they tried to pull us back by making it better for Thunderstruck and first two weeks of Winter wild cards, now this promo literally has one good card in it. I think they are trying hard to kill any ways of making coins and TOTY will be no exception. I have little hope for decent pack weight and imagine I will feel the same way I did last year with my Bright CB pull and hating life
I agree with a lot of what you say in this video. I play this game a lot. Far too much to be honest but it's the only game I play. But last year I left because of the issues you highlighted. My younger brother never returned. So it's happening even with those of us who play it a lot. In all the years UT has been going, I still have not packed a TOTY. Here's to 2025 😂

EA are essentially a monopoly as all the football games that have come out can't compete. There's no material incentive for them to do anything drastic because despite the yearly petition to quit the game most people will be back next year. We'd have to somehow unify the entire community including casuals for anything to change. It's impossible cos they've got 100k people watching the Fc pro open twitch stream just for a 50k pack lmao.
End of toty last year is when I deleted the game and didn't look back to FC 24. The way FC 25 is shaping up, there will probably be a similar outcome for FC 25. Not sure if a great toty promo would be enough to save this dumpster fire though. Broken gameplay will always be broken until they redo the code in its entirety. Not holding my breath for toty this year but will be here for your continued great content.
EA disgust me with toty. It should be 11 men and 11 women, the highest voted players. Whats the point in voting if EA just release honorable mentions anyway? Example Kane from last year. And why do they have toty icons? What did Homare Sawa do during 2023 to be in TEAM OF THE YEAR 2024? Nothing! She stopped playing in 2015... EA will just release players who will sell most fifa points 🤮
They cater for geographical regions to attract as many players from across the world and Japan and Korea have a lot of avid players. It has nothing to do with what you and I want or even the form of the players for the year. On this issue I personally don't feel very strongly about it's a game after all.

If they want to keep TOTY hype train going they are going to have to make sure pack weight isn’t super manipulated this year when full team hits. Also they cannot be scared to keep content coming in first week of TOTY was not bad the 2nd week was abysmal
This TotY will be no different than last. The pack weight will be terrible. The evolutions will be broken and/or have max ratings of 86. Everything will try to push you to the store where the degens will live. There will be more than 2 EA mistakes (guessing more like 4-5 mistakes minimum based on EAs track record and amount of content released during this period). The increase of players on the game will definitely be felt on the servers during gameplay. Honestly hate TotY because EA have made it so bad……
The casino game have new packs and Tottys ladies and gentleman work harder make some money and give it to us we have new cards in trade we will make you a garbage game for you to hate life when you play PS: keep spending your money 👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣

Saved 1800 last year and zilch 😂 in total I've opened over 5000-6000 packs over the years for TOTY and got nothing.
