I love the fact that Ennard goes straight to the point with his questions. They're smart questions and it would make him have a better understanding of the Aftons. He also never lies because he knows it's pointless. I also like the answer he gave to William. All this details together really show he is very intelligent.
One of the reasons why he's my favourite animatronic and character in the franchise- Especially in Shadow's AU.

This is the most interesting Afton AU I've ever seen (literally) Most AU's i see are pretty 2023-Like and some are sometimes have a little too much drama going on, etc. This one, THIS ONE IS AMAZING!! The relationships, The angst, The designs, The characteristics, the Mysteries that lie unsolved (yet), I literally love this AU.

Evan sounds like it would REALLY REALLLLLLYYYY suit him.
Notice William and his children all have names that can be shortened?

Michael-> Mike
Elizabeth-> Beth,Lizzy or Liz
Also,there’s no evidence (that I remember) that strictly ties Cassidy to The One You Should Not Have Killed. Maybe we got the names the wrong way round and the TOYSNHK is Evan and Crying Child is Cassidy.
Cassidy -> Cass (it is a gender neutral name)
Conversely,Abby in the FNAF film has a decent amount of CC parallels so he could be the male version of Abby,which is Able. Able short for Aberlo. Also,Able is the younger brother who’s killed by his older brother in the story of Cain and Able.

Every day we get closer and closer to figuring out how Mrs Afton died and I’m loving it :)))
She died in a car accident, she drove off a cliff headed to the hospital to see CC who at the time was in a coma , she was teary eyed it was night time she couldn’t see and BOOM off a cliff, and her real name is Clara. I really really hope shadow doesn’t change this lore.

I think that although William loves his kids and wife, he doesn't know how to show it, since he didn't have parents for a lot of his childhood, and his "therapist" only used him for experiments. In turn, William never learned how to show love or affection towards others, at least not correctly.
So I think, in his mind, his way of showing affection is murdering his family and making them all immortal so they can stay together forever.

I just finished watching this video and I love it! We got the Afton’s talking about another important topic, Mrs. Afton’s name. William and the kids know it, Mrs. Afton doesn’t. The Afton kids don’t want to answer the topic bc they know it might cause a trigger. But what about William’s reaction? We know he doesn’t necessarily care about others feelings, but at the same time he sort of cares for her so I’m not too sure.
Also… I’m pretty sure CC’s birth name is Evan bc in your community post you asked us if you should start calling CC by the name of Evan- which most people said no, some people said yes. Im assuming you made his birth name Evan but everyone calls him CC. It’s a good idea, I like it!
I genuinely find it pretty funny how Ennard it’s technically apart of the Afton’s- yet it also makes sense bc he kinda moved in and lived there for years, while for the nightmares they just kind of exist. But amazing vid Shad! I can’t wait to see more from you, have a great day! 💖

Immortality came at a price. They all suffered horrible deaths, and wish for their suffering to end.
Don't defend William in this situation, not all the Aftons wanted immortality yet he gave it to them anyway, and when you mentioned he doesn't deserve pain and suffering, he does, he murdered children who have done nothing wrong, and they can't be cool with him because he is a fucking murderer, and yet he still commits illegal actions, it's hard for them to accept it, he'll still do bad things even towards them, William deserves pain.
Edit: William knows that they are like this and says it's their choice if they want to hate him, he's not that one-dimensional.

I dont know if this is anything different, but here:
Throughout the whole video, ennard looked like he was solving something, no blinks, and straightfiward questions. He stares at the ground, collecting information. He can possibly try to find out more about the aftons and their past, or atleast try to collected every awnser and put it together. He is incredibly smart, and this whole video proves it.

I'm pretty sure lie detectors work on electrical waves that flow through the body, you could fool a lie detector if you don't get nervous or keep your cool. If you do end up getting antsy or anxious, the detector will pick up those waves and assume you are lying. This is just a maybe, I'm pretty sure only Ennard would be able to pull that off
