Beautiful video! My boss has a house on the beach on Old Man Bay (Old Robin Rd, you probably drove past it!). He encourages us to go use it as often as we can, which is super generous! My wife and I have been 3 times now and are headed back down the end of April. If you go again, I have a few recommendations. The Crystal Caves are beautiful. We love eating at Kurt's Corner, Over the Edge (go at night and sit on the deck!) and Tukka (go when they feed the birds!). Also don't miss Davidoff's Sculpture Garden and snorkeling at the Kittiwake shipwreck is spectacular!

Love cayman! Our trip was scheduled for this weekend, but due to Covid, got cancelled for the second time. Looking forward to going next year.

I didn’t make it to those two locations and prioritized the east end.
So sad Royal Palm Beach is no longer :( it was one of our favorite places

I’m not too sure on employment, but it seems like the hospitality industry is the way most people go or car rental businesses.

East end isn't trashed. It's trash from the OCEAN. IT floats in. Smith cove was in a movie. Macabuca food isn't worth it. Stingray city guides are highly underpaid. Tourists should be ashamed they only only pay 100 to go there. But you are on point about everything. Just know that it isn't locals trashing east end.
Yeah you’re absolutely right, the trash comes from many other directions. We definitely made sure to tip those guides for their outstanding service. Smith cove is a dream and I thought Macabuca was decent with an excellent view.
