Thanks, and I'm glad you found the video useful in one way or another. I mostly just showed off what was already in-game and prefit to the ships in the event. I do hope to make more videos like them soon!
Good evening mecherx, nice video. And good to see you around again. The new segmenter ship, I can't believe it is a corvette like specialist ship. It does resemble to the xeno division suppresser ship. And those experimental slots features also kinda me of the AXIS Pegasus with the special fitting.
Hey there! Thanks. Glad to see you once more as well. And yeah, it is definitely the new Suppressor/Pegasus. If we get a range booster for it then it might just become the new Tyrant, which is funny to think about
Oh yeah. Now that you have mentioned about that. It will be very funny. This new ship is gonna be fun for me to experiment with different fitting and combination
Dreads as in Dread Battleships or Dreadnoughts? And the game was never realistic to begin with lol. It's always been a huge time sink and overly expensive for no reason other than to make investors their money back, sadly
Sorry, the video title wasn't shown in the comment so I didn't really you made the comment on the segmenters video. But yeah, the weapon is the Aorta that launched alongside the Segmenter itself!
We are talking about the new weapon, it is a kinetic weapon. Being able to hit a ship is more important than the range of the projectiles because if it fails to hit the target due to projectile speed, then the added projectile range means nothing. And I did say elsewhere that it would be a nice bonus if the the bonus applied to Driver and Vulcan weapons as it would affect the Blood Versions that way.
That depends. Do you have time to play the game to work on catching up currently? Campaigns will get you close to current, but you still still need to farm up through... Retrocitor and RetroSyn if I am not mistaken before you get to Vega Alliance stuff. If you spend a little time now and then every few days in the game, especially during events that run normally during the middle of the week, you should be able to start and get caught up possibly in 3 or 4 months unless you buy deals, which I don't advise due to pricing currently. Some deals are priced great and some are near highway robbery
A quick addition as I just asked around really quick, their are campaigns for the Retrocitor and RetroSyn as well that might give you some RetroSyn ships that will be able to help you get the Vertible, which is the first Vega Alliance ship
@MecherX great thank you. Meant more like "is the game dead? Hardly any players? Devs might shut game down soon?", kind of stuff. But, your other 2 answers are valuable info if I decide to proceed.
Oooh. Well in those regards. The game isn't dead as it still receives new content each month. There is still enough of a player base active to play the game and bump elbows with people, and currently there is no end in sight for the game or risk of it being shut down that is foreseeable right now
real nice, good tips, started building it thanks all fun stuff take care Mr. M

Same! At the moment I am thinking of mixing some to be high single target damage and others being dedicated to AoE/anti spawn
i believe the 1st ship to have debilitate is the Spectre's Caustic?
I think it is, I'd have to check and see to be 100% certain
Hello, Vega Conflict has become unrealistic. I still remember the time when we just used dreads

que armas lleva tu nave men
The hellions? They are carrying the new weapon that was launched with them. The name is escaping my mind at the moment

it is certainly going to be an interesting ship and the weapon "could" be handy on some other ships
Destroyers with bypass builds come to mind thanks to the projectile speeds that can be achieved
Gowd could make for a useful fleet commander
For the Blood version of the new weapon. The better pairing with the normal version would be Khalin for the projectile speed boost
@@MecherX but it boosts only kinetic weapons

Flying around like a troll tyrant
I remember range boosting the Tyrants back in the day. Loved them lol
Is it worth starting this game in 2024?
