We are not born dead in sin. Otherwise we are not responsible for sins God would be. Because Mary is the mother of Jesus - Son of God and Second Person of the Blessed Trinity - according to the flesh, she is rightly called the Mother of God. Mary is also called "full of grace" which means she was born without Original sin. Mary is also called the Mother of the Church.
Also, think about her cousin Elizabeth, who was barren because of old age. They couldn't have been that far apart in years! Don't tell people she was just a 13 year old baby getting pregnant by God. That is false teachings.. Study Mary's link to Elizabeth then you'll see that Mary was between the ages of 25-35!!!
