LOVED the book!! Just finished it. It's also a self-help book. Helps to get a perspective on letting go of past trauma. To close chapters. Very inspirational. Love Sarah's work. Her acting, her films, now her reading.

Such a great book!! What a wonderfully creative woman Sarah Polley is!!! I totally recommend this book. She narrates the Audible version which is lovely because she's such a great narrator
